Shipping Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

- All orders are processed and shipped from Hawaii, Monday thru Friday. We do not ship on weekends or during major holidays. 

- The quality and delivery of your order is a top priority for Hawaiian Happy Cakes. We make every effort to ensure all products are shipped in perfect condition.

- Orders are normally processed within 1-3 days from the time of receipt.  Should any inventory issue arise cause a shipment delay of more than three days we will email you right away.

- Once an order is ready to ship, a shipping notification email with tracking information will be sent to the email provided.

- All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail unless FedEx 2-Day expedited shipping is selected. 

- Delays may occur during busy holiday seasons.

- Hawaiian Happy Cakes is not responsible for delivery delays caused by adverse or unpredictable weather conditions.

- We currently ship to all 50 states(including P.O. Box addresses) and APO/FPO addresses.

- We can ship internationally.  Please email or call with order details for a quote.
